Join me for 21 Days of Stillness, a voice recorded course to use from the comfort of your home.

The course consist of 10 to 15min audio sessions to guide you through a series of relaxation, pranayama, mindfulness and meditation practices.

A gentle, simple and effective way to clear your mind of overthinking, to ease tension from your body, to open the window onto your own inner stillness.

These sessions are not yoga asana (poses) based but done sitting or lying down.

The practices are suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced.
