Our one-to-one sessions are tailored to your personal needs whether the intention is to release accumulated tension, address specific ailments or injuries or learn relaxation and meditation techniques to help you better manage stress.

Semi-private sessions are suitable for a small group of people with similar levels and needs. Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home or from my place in Marlow.
